Rachael is the founder of MAKR Consulting Services and brings over 25 years of experience in people and culture, workforce strategy, organisational transformation and change. Having worked as an executive, management consultant, coach and board member across a diverse range of industries, she understands the challenges organisations face in translating strategic ambition into practical outcomes.

Rachael partners with boards, executives and leadership teams to design workforce strategies, align organisational priorities, and build clear pathways from strategy to action. Her combination of in-house and consulting experience enables her to quickly identify connections, uncover opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions to complex business and workforce challenges.

Known for her collaborative and coaching-based approach, Rachael helps leaders create clarity, alignment and momentum, enabling teams to focus on what matters most and deliver meaningful results.
